• Smaller items take us 4-6 business days to create and larger items 7-10 business days. Depending on the current workload, make time could vary by a few days.
• We can prioritize your order for completion within 3 business days. Please contact us and we will send you a link to place your rush order. Rush fee: 50% of the product price

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays that are considered non-working are processed on the first working day.

• All prices and delivery times after sending an order from Estee Pharma Bulgaria 2018 Ltd are configured according to the current tariffs and deadlines of DHL, TNT,  Fedex, UPS and DPD.

All countries are shipped with  DHL, TNT,  Fedex, UPS and DPD basis, so taxes and duties are included in the final price and you will receive the package at your door, you will not need to clear it from customs.
 

• Free shipping is done when ordering products over 1000 Euro.

• Delivery of orders are made every working day. You can track the status of your order in your customer account and also in the email for "Completed Order" you will have at your disposal the number of the waybill with which the shipment will be delivered. In case of delay in sending or delivering an order, please contact us by phone +359 87 8668178  every working day from the 9:00 until 16:00 o`clock

  • for products on stock - 3-5 days;
  • for products non of stock - 3 weeks.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to return an item, please, contact us. All returns must be pre-approved by Estee Pharma Bulgaria 2018 Ltd. Medical orders and used items are not returnable.
• If your item is not delivered due to an incomplete, illegible, or incorrect address, addressee not at address (unknown, moved, or deceased); Mail unclaimed or refused – the item can be re-shipped at your expense, issuing an invoice for the return shipping charge. If you do not wish to have a non-custom item resent, we may issue a partial refund, excluding platform and payment fees and return shipping, and thus refund can be up to 82% of the item value. Custom items are not eligible for a refund and can only be re-shipped.

• If you’d like to cancel your order or part of it, please contact us. We will be able to cancel the items we haven’t already started creating.
