BOTULAX is a peripheral muscle relaxant containing botulinum toxin type A (in combination with haemagglutinin) and sodium chloride (excipient). Botulinum toxin type A works by stopping the transmission of nerve impulses, which is the mechanism of action of the product. As a result of intramuscular administration of the toxin, neuromuscular conduction is disrupted and facial muscles are temporarily paralyzed. It is beneficial to relax muscles and smooth wrinkles by making frozen facial expressions.

Return and Refund

  • If your item is not delivered due to an incomplete, illegible, or incorrect address, addressee not at address (unknown, moved, or deceased); Mail unclaimed or refused – the item can be re-shipped at your expense, issuing an invoice for the return shipping charge. If you do not wish to have a non-custom item resent, we may issue a partial refund, excluding platform and payment fees and return shipping, and thus refund can be up to 82% of the item value. Custom items are not eligible for a refund and can only be re-shipped.
