    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF DEMEI CAIN CREAM:
  • Step 1: Determine the area of skin to be numbed
  • Step 2: Cleanse the area you need to numb
  • Step 3: Apply numbing cream evenly on the identified skin area, keeping the thickness of the cream layer 2-3 mm
  • Step 4: Use numbing nylon to cover the cream for about 20-30 minutes, the skin will be deeply anesthetized for 30-60 minutes
  • Step 5: Wipe off the numbing cream with saline solution and proceed with needle roller, tattoo, lip tattoo depending on the type of treatment or cosmetic procedure

    If the area of skin to be treated is large, you can wipe a small part of the skin to be treated, continue to apply the cream to other areas and treat, do not wipe a large area in case the treatment takes a lot of time. Reduce the effect after removing the cream layer (such as large art tattoo removal, laser hair removal, CO2 fractional laser, etc.)

    STORAGE NOTES:
  • After opening, the shelf life is 1 year after the start of use
  • When storing, the package should be tightly closed and not exposed to air, as the anesthetic is easily released when exposed to air
  • Do not store in a place where the temperature is too high

Return and Refund
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to return an item, please, contact us. All returns must be pre-approved by Estee Pharma Bulgaria 2018 Ltd. Medical orders and used items are not returnable.
  • If your item is not delivered due to an incomplete, illegible, or incorrect address, addressee not at address (unknown, moved, or deceased); Mail unclaimed or refused – the item can be re-shipped at your expense, issuing an invoice for the return shipping charge. If you do not wish to have a non-custom item resent, we may issue a partial refund, excluding platform and payment fees and return shipping, and thus refund can be up to 82% of the item value. Custom items are not eligible for a refund and can only be re-shipped.
