A peripheral muscle relaxant called BOTULAX comprises pure botulinum toxin type A together with sodium chloride and hemoglobin (excipient). The product's mode of action is based on botulinum toxin type A's capacity to prevent the transmission of nerve impulses. The toxin is administered intramuscularly, which causes the temporary paralysis of the face muscles by interfering with the synthesis of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that promotes neuromuscular conduction. Return and Refund

  • If your item is not delivered due to an incomplete, illegible, or incorrect address, addressee not at address (unknown, moved, or deceased); Mail unclaimed or refused – the item can be re-shipped at your expense, issuing an invoice for the return shipping charge. If you do not wish to have a non-custom item resent, we may issue a partial refund, excluding platform and payment fees and return shipping, and thus refund can be up to 82% of the item value. Custom items are not eligible for a refund and can only be re-shipped.
